Writer and Director
Peter Han produced and directed "What It Takes", the highly successful
film about Ironman triathletes released in 2006. He is a Harvard
graduate who has worked in a variety of settings as a journalist and
entrepreneur. He has written stories for AP, the New York Times, and the
Houston Post, and is author of the 2005 book from Penguin, "Nobodies to
Somebodies: How 100 Great Careers Got Started." Peter manages the
PC Market Intelligence team in Microsoft’s Windows Client Finance group.
Director of Photography and Editor
Andrew Ernst was the cinematographer and editor of "What It Takes", the
highly successful film about Ironman triathletes released in 2006. He
works at the intersection of digital media and computer technologies and
brings a diverse array of skills to the documentary. He started his
video career at a television station in Nova Scotia, Canada, and most
recently contributed as a member of the Seattle Times New Media
department. Andrew also expresses his creative talents as a freelance
photographer in Seattle.
